This consumer policy applies to customers and prospective customers who access, use, or purchase through VibeHaven at vibehaven.bid.
VibeHaven is an adults-only online commerce service. The product sold on the website is Live Fun: predefined virtual audiovisual gift effects displayed in live-stream rooms. This Policy states the age rules for customers.

1. Consumer Scope
This Policy applies only to visitors, prospective customers, account holders, and purchasers using VibeHaven in a consumer capacity. It does not set participation, onboarding, or commercial rules for suppliers, creators, or streamers.
In this Policy, “you” means the individual consumer who visits, registers for, or purchases through the website.
2. You Must Be 18 or Older
You may use VibeHaven only if you are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the law that applies to you.
By accessing an age-restricted part of the website, creating or using an account, or placing an order, you represent that you satisfy this requirement.
3. Age and Identity Checks
VibeHaven may request reasonable information or evidence to confirm your age or identity when necessary for account review, payment risk, fraud prevention, safety, or legal compliance. The type of check may vary by location and risk level.
Age- or identity-verification information is handled under the VibeHaven Privacy Policy and retained only as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and legal obligations.
4. No Accounts or Purchases for Minors
A parent, guardian, or other adult may not create an account for a minor, allow a minor to use the adult’s account, or purchase a Live Fun item for a minor to control or use.
You must not share login or payment access in a way that enables a person under 18 to use VibeHaven.
5. If We Suspect Underage Use
If VibeHaven reasonably suspects that a customer is under 18 or that an account is being used by a minor, we may restrict access, request verification, pause or cancel an unfulfilled order, or close the account.
Any remedy for an affected order will depend on fulfillment status, available evidence, fraud considerations, applicable law, and the VibeHaven Refund, Cancellation and Fulfillment Policy.
6. Safety of Minors
You may not use VibeHaven to target, contact, exploit, sexualize, groom, harass, or solicit a minor, or to obtain or distribute material depicting the abuse or exploitation of a minor.
Apparent child sexual exploitation or an immediate danger to a child may be reported to appropriate authorities or relevant service providers as permitted or required by law.
7. Reporting Underage Use
If you believe a minor is using VibeHaven or a customer account is being used to facilitate harm to a minor, email [email protected]. Include the account, order, or page involved and supporting information where safe to do so.
8. Relationship to Other Consumer Policies
This Policy forms part of the consumer Terms of Service and should be read with the Privacy Policy, Product and Content Guidelines, and Refund, Cancellation and Fulfillment Policy.
9. Changes and Contact
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, safety practices, verification methods, or the service. The current version will display a revised effective or Last Updated date.
