These consumer Guidelines explain what customers may purchase, request, submit, and do through VibeHaven at vibehaven.bid.
VibeHaven sells product series : Live Fun virtual gift effects displayed in live-stream rooms. These Guidelines apply to customers and customer-submitted content.

1. What a Purchase Does—and Does Not—Include
A purchase entitles you only to the Live Fun effect, destination, method, and fulfillment window stated at checkout. Payment does not buy private communication, personal attention, emotional or romantic access, continued recognition, or control over any person or live stream.
The effect is ephemeral and displayed during a live stream. Unless the product page expressly states otherwise, the purchase does not include a copy or recording of the effect.
2. Before You Buy
Review the effect description, preview where provided, destination, price, currency, stated fulfillment window, material technical or geographic limitations, and product-specific terms before placing an order.
Do not complete checkout unless the displayed product and order details are correct. Contact customer support promptly if you identify an error.
3. Customer Information and Requests
Provide complete and accurate information needed to route and fulfill the order, including the selected Live Fun item and live-stream destination. Do not submit personal information that is unnecessary for fulfillment.
Any note or request must stay within the predefined product options. A customer request does not modify the product, create a right to custom performance, or require anyone to follow an unsafe, unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, invasive, sexual, or out-of-scope instruction.
4. No Ownership or Personal Access
A Live Fun purchase does not transfer ownership of a person, identity, live stream, effect asset, recording, account, or intellectual property. It does not create employment, sponsorship, fiduciary, agency, romantic, or personal-service relationships.
You may not claim that a purchase gives you control, exclusivity, private access, future contact, or a right to direct another person’s conduct.
5. Sexual or Adult Requests Are Prohibited
VibeHaven may not be used to request, buy, arrange, or promote nudity, pornography, sexual acts, fetish services, sexually explicit performance, escorting, dating access, or any other sexual service or sexually explicit transaction.
Suggestive wording may be rejected where it reasonably appears designed to disguise a prohibited sexual request or transaction.
6. Adults Only
You must be at least 18 years old to use VibeHaven. You may not create an account for a minor, permit a minor to use your account, purchase for a minor to control or use, or use VibeHaven to contact, exploit, sexualize, groom, or solicit a minor.
7. No Gambling, Prize, or Cash Value
A Live Fun purchase may not determine entry into or the outcome of a wager, lottery, sweepstakes, raffle, prize draw, game of chance, financial return, or cash-equivalent reward.
Customers may not represent or resell Live Fun as currency, credit, stored value, a transferable asset, a redeemable balance, or a right to withdraw money.
8. Payment Integrity
Do not use VibeHaven for card testing, stolen payment credentials, unauthorized transactions, fabricated orders, deceptive self-payments, money transmission, laundering, sanctions evasion, chargeback abuse, or an off-platform payment designed to bypass VibeHaven controls.
A customer must not misdescribe a Live Fun transaction as a donation, tip, cash transfer, physical purchase, private service, or other product category.
9. Safety, Respect, and Privacy
Do not submit content or requests involving threats, harassment, hate, discrimination, exploitation, graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, dangerous acts, illegal drugs, weapons, doxxing, impersonation, malware, or other unlawful or unsafe conduct.
Do not disclose another person’s private information, record or redistribute a live stream unlawfully, or use order details to track, intimidate, or contact a person outside the purchased service.
10. Intellectual Property and Likeness
You may not copy, download, reproduce, resell, distribute, commercially exploit, remove rights notices from, or create deceptive synthetic media using a Live Fun effect, live-stream recording, name, image, voice, or likeness unless you have the necessary permission and legal right.
If you submit a review, report, screenshot, or other material, you must have the right to provide it and must not infringe privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights.
11. Reviews and Other Submissions
Reviews and support submissions must be truthful, relevant, and based on genuine experience. Do not fabricate evidence, coordinate deceptive reviews, offer compensation for a false review, or submit content that is defamatory, unlawful, or misleading.
VibeHaven may remove or restrict customer submissions that violate these Guidelines or applicable law.
12. Fulfillment Records
To determine whether a purchased effect was displayed substantially as described, VibeHaven may review order records, event logs, display timestamps, live-stream records, timestamped clips or screenshots, status confirmations, customer communications, or comparable evidence.
Customers may submit relevant evidence but must not alter, fabricate, or remove context from it.
13. Consumer Enforcement
VibeHaven may reject or remove a prohibited customer request or submission; cancel an unfulfilled order; restrict features; require verification; suspend or close an account; preserve evidence; or report conduct to a payment provider, platform, rights holder, or authority where appropriate.
Order remedies remain subject to the Refund, Cancellation and Fulfillment Policy and applicable law.
14. Reporting and Contact
Report suspected prohibited conduct, impersonation, infringement, safety issues, or other policy concerns to [email protected]. Include the relevant page or order number, a concise description, and supporting material where available.
