These consumer Terms govern access to vibehaven.cc and purchases of Live Fun virtual gift effects through VibeHaven.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a consumer agreement between you and Hong Kong Xingjiachuang Trading Limited , trading as VibeHaven. They govern website access, customer accounts, and purchases.

1. Agreement and Consumer Scope
By accessing or using VibeHaven, creating or using a customer account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the consumer policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
In these Terms, “you” means the individual visitor or customer acting for personal purposes.
2. Who We Are
VibeHaven is operated by Hong Kong Xingjiachuang Trading Limited, with registered office at Room R2, 16/F, Block D, Kin Kee Industrial Building, 9 San On Street, Tuen Mun, New Territories, Hong Kong. VibeHaven is the seller of record for customer purchases unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
3. Eligibility and Customer Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Additional details appear in the Age Eligibility & 18+ Policy.
Provide accurate, current account and order information; keep login credentials secure; do not share the account with a minor; and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity reasonably attributable to your account, subject to applicable law.
We may request reasonable age, identity, or payment verification for security, fraud prevention, account review, or legal compliance.
4. The Live Fun Product
The only product series sold through VibeHaven is Live Fun. A Live Fun item is a predefined virtual audiovisual gift effect that VibeHaven arranges to display in the live-stream room or destination identified before purchase, within the stated fulfillment window.
A purchase does not provide ownership or control of a person or live stream, exclusive or romantic access, guaranteed future contact, or any right not expressly stated on the product page.
5. Product Information and Orders
Product pages identify the effect, price, destination, fulfillment method or window, and material limitations. Review these details before ordering. An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted when VibeHaven confirms acceptance or begins fulfillment, whichever occurs first.
We may reject or cancel an order before fulfillment for an obvious pricing or product error, unavailability, legal or safety risk, suspected fraud, payment failure, prohibited request, or inability to arrange display. If payment was captured for a cancelled unfulfilled order, we will issue an appropriate refund.
6. Prices, Payments, and Taxes
Prices and currency are shown before checkout. You authorize VibeHaven and its payment processors to charge the displayed total to the selected payment method. You are responsible for taxes, bank charges, and currency-conversion costs disclosed at checkout or imposed independently by your provider, except where law requires otherwise.
You must use a payment method you are authorized to use. Payment authorization or capture does not by itself mean that the effect has been displayed.
7. Fulfillment
A Live Fun order is fulfilled when the purchased effect is displayed substantially as described in the designated live-stream room or destination and within the fulfillment window stated before purchase or otherwise agreed with you.
VibeHaven may use order records, event logs, timestamps, live-stream records, clips or screenshots, status confirmations, and customer communications to assess fulfillment.
Live streams may be delayed or interrupted by outages, network conditions, moderation actions, emergencies, or other circumstances. Available remedies are governed by the Refund, Cancellation and Fulfillment Policy and applicable law.
8. Cancellations, Refunds, and Chargebacks
Cancellation, non-fulfillment, incorrect display, duplicate or unauthorized charges, refunds, and re-performance are governed by the Refund, Cancellation and Fulfillment Policy and any product-specific terms shown before purchase.
You may exercise lawful payment-dispute rights, but you must not knowingly submit false evidence, file a fraudulent claim, or use a chargeback to retain both a properly fulfilled service and its purchase price.
9. Acceptable Consumer Use
You may use VibeHaven only for lawful personal purchases and related account, support, review, and reporting functions.
You may not use VibeHaven for fraud; card testing; unauthorized payments; disguised cash transfers, tips, or donations; money laundering; sanctions evasion; gambling; sexual services; prohibited content; harassment; threats; hate; exploitation; impersonation; doxxing; malware; infringement; scraping that disrupts the service; or any activity prohibited by the Product and Content Guidelines.
You must not pressure any person to accept an off-platform payment, provide private contact, or deliver a product or interaction outside the purchased Live Fun scope.
10. Intellectual Property
VibeHaven, the website, and the names, graphics, interfaces, effect assets, and other materials made available through it are protected by intellectual-property and other laws. Except for the limited right to use the website and receive the purchased display service, no right is transferred to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, remove rights notices from, or create deceptive synthetic media using protected material, recordings, names, images, voices, or likenesses without the necessary rights.
11. Customer Submissions
If you submit destination selections, order information, messages, reviews, reports, screenshots, or other material, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate where accuracy is material.
You grant VibeHaven a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, review, and use the submission only as reasonably necessary to operate the website, fulfill or support the order, investigate a report, enforce policies, or comply with law. Public use of a review is subject to the visibility disclosed when submitted.
12. Privacy
Our handling of customer personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. VibeHaven does not currently use advertising-delivery engines, advertising pixels, or cross-site behavioral advertising technologies on the website.
13. External Services
VibeHaven may rely on payment, hosting, communications, security, live-stream, and effect-display services operated by others. Their independent services may be subject to their own terms and availability.
A link or technical connection does not mean that VibeHaven controls an external service. However, VibeHaven remains responsible for customer obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded or transferred.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or close a customer account, reject a prohibited submission, or cancel an unfulfilled order where reasonably necessary for breach, fraud, payment risk, security, safety, legal compliance, or protection of the service or others.
Where appropriate, we will provide notice or an opportunity to contact support. Account closure does not erase accrued payment obligations, valid refunds, dispute rights, or terms that by nature should survive.
15. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. VibeHaven does not guarantee uninterrupted website or live-stream availability, exact timing beyond an express commitment, or the continued availability of every effect or destination.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any guarantee, warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeHaven will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss arising from consumer use of the website or a Live Fun purchase.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-waivable obligations.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
Subject to mandatory consumer forum rights, the courts of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or VibeHaven. Before filing a claim, contact [email protected] so the parties can attempt to resolve the matter.
18. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, the website, the Live Fun service, or risk controls. The current version will display a revised effective or Last Updated date. Material notice will be provided where required.
